Description
Mangin, an apparently straight-and-narrow cop, is investigating a Tunisian drug ring and meets Noria, a beautiful woman who has just been arrested during a drug raid. When she is released he pursues her, and soon finds himself facing the dilemma of whether to arrest her again or let her go free.
