Description
Charles Masson is a successful ad man with a loving wife, Helene, two children, and a close friendship with his next-door neighbour Francois. However, Charles has secretly been having an affair with Francois’s wife Laura. They share an enthusiasm for sadomasochism, and one night while mock-strangling Laura during lovemaking, Charles goes too far and kills her. He seems to have got away with it, but he cannot escape his conscience.
