Description
In a conservative, pious Danish town, widower Morten Borgen stands out from the community due to his constant doubts, and the varying degrees of faith among his three sons. His eldest son, Mikkel Borgen, is an atheist married to a fundamentalist’s daughter. The middle son, Anders, is an agnostic, and the youngest son Johannes believes that he actually is Jesus Christ, after years of reading the works of Søren Kirkegaard.
