Cristi is a seasoned police detective whose boss has ordered him to keep a close watch on Victor, a teenager who is suspected of dealing drugs for a local cartel. Cristi is certain that the kid smokes marijuana with his friends, but isn’t doing anything more serious – but his boss is less willing to let Victor off the hook.
