Description
An unnamed young woman marries the wealthy widower Maxim de Winter and returns with him to Manderlay, his large country estate in Cornwall. She soon begins to feel suffocated by the memories of his seemingly perfect first wife, Rebecca, who died under mysterious circumstances.
