Description

Description

An experimental narrative telling the story of Daniel, author of a manifesto for a new cinema, his speech facing a hostile audience, and his love for a named Eve. Isou turns film on its ear by shooting upside-down and backwards, tearing and scratching the film, and attacking the film stock itself. He lashes out at conventional cinema by offering a revolutionary form of movie-making through desynchronizing the soundtrack and the visual track.
